    Hi,

    Thank you for reporting this issue, for your warm words regarding Brizy and for this video that illustrate the problem you encounter.

    It is a strange issue, we didn't encounter it before. Could you please make some basic checks? Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme do you receive the same problem?

    Yes, my plugins have been Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0 since before I wrote you about this issue.

    Yes, I deactivated all plugins except Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0 - and I have the same problem with both MS Edge and Google Chrome.

    Yes, I have the default theme, I never changed it.

    I look forward to your assistance and reply. If you fix it, please tell me what was wrong and how I can avoid this issue in the future.

    Hi Sandra .. I updated WordPress to the highest level I can, which is version 5.6 - I have updated the PHP to version 7.4.13 and you can check this with https://savemoney911.com/phpinfo.php (version # is at the top of page) - And I disabled all the plugins except for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0 - and I still get the blank screen when I try to "Edit with Brizy" any of my existing popups.

    Please help. I'm sure when you log into my account, you get the same problem.
