    Hi,

Thank you for the message. Could you please check if you generated the sitemap of the site and add it into your Google Search Console Account as it is indicated in this article?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Yes, I've done that. Its not just one of my sites. Literally every site I have has the same issue. I think there's an issue with your sitemap. Please have your devs look into it. I wouldn't be surprised if any of your sites had the same issue.

They ALL show "indexed, not submitted in sitemap" which means the sitemap you have for our sites are incorrect.

    Hi,

Could you share us the URL link of the site? We want to check it. If you don't want to make it public, let us know and we will delete it before approving. Actually, we didn't encounter any problems with the sitemap and we want to investigate this case.
Also, could you please say us how did you generate the sitemap and how did you add it?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I've switched the domain to itsdesign.io from itelligentsolutions.io...  so look at

    https://www.drrenovationsandrestorations.com/

That's a client of mine. Has the same coverage issues, Indexed but not submitted in sitemap.

And I just pulled the sitemap from https://www.drrenovationsandrestorations.com/ /sitemap.xml

and I added it via search console:

I just pull what you guys generate.

this is what it SHOULD show:

    Another client that's even worse:

Why is there "NA" for sitemap!?!?!?

You don't even have a canonical ... only reason my other sites have those is because I added it manually

    (<link rel="canonical" href="https://www.yourwebsite.com/" />)

This ^ should be included in your sitemap or header by default.

You guys really need to fix your back-end SEO. Get someone in there that actually knows SEO and fix these problems.

I love your builder but if you can't properly manage SEO all of that means nothing because our websites aren't ranking on Google..

Here's a link to create proper sitemaps:

    Hi, Matthias,

Thank you for all these details. I have read your last message for 5 times and every time I stopped on these words "I just pull what you guys generate" from here. Did you copy the entire the code we have generated and inserted in the Sitemap from Google Search Console account? I'm sorry but this isn't correct. You have to copy only the link (e.g. https://www.drrenovationsandrestorations.com/sitemap.xml) and insert it there https://jumpshare.com/v/AVrr9zsTGUBYBItvXFwu. This detail is mentioned also in the Google documentation, see here and here is the entire article.

If you didn't copy the entire code and added only the URL link, I'm sorry if I hurt you with the information from above, could you please make sure you added the link in such a way https://jmp.sh/tKPkPdf, with a single slash symbol?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

That's what I'm saying!? I'm only copying the URL....

Idk how to make this any simpler.

But the / doesn't show. I have to put in the entire URL

    Hi,

I asked you those questions because I was a bit confused by some of your affirmations. Thank you for your clarification.
From your screenshot, I found that you already register the sitemap and it is added successful, right https://jmp.sh/LF9UCg5? Could you please confirm that all is fine now?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

It shows successful. But this is the problem when clicking on URL Inspection:

It's showing N/A for sitemaps and "not submitted in sitemap."

    Why is that?

    Hi,

We continue to investigate this inconvenience and found that all is working fine and our sitemap is generated correctly following the latest standards. See here. Also, we tried to check the sitemap generated from Brizy and the same all is working without some problems and it is valid. See here.
The canonical about you said we need to add in the Brizy sitemap, doesn't make some difference and don't affect the SEO of the site. What makes a great influence is site content. Google index and rank a site regarding the site content, all the rest details are things that can accelerate this process. The content is number one and the most important.
We can't say exactly why the sitemap isn't found by Google, maybe the site content need a bit more SEO improvements. From our part all is done correctly, the sitemap is generated, it is valid and it is added successfully in the Google account. From this part, all depend on the SEO level has the site and how Google will index and interpret the site.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
