some forms work others don't

basic contact forms work with text field works 

forms with drops down say they are sent but never make it to email even though they are in the leads

have tired cloning page, cloning forms but still won't work.

  Could you please give us more details regarding the forms that don't work? What integration did you use? How did you connect them with your account or email?
  Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0?
