Unable to update page changes

Hey guys,

I have a weird problem where...

1. I make changes to a page using the brizy builder

2. I double-check the live URL and everything looks good

3. I refresh once and all the changes I just made are gone

4. the changes are still there in the bizy builder. at this point I can click update, and start the loop over.

 

I have a feeling you may need a login/password for this issue, but I figured I would post is here to see if you have a magic answer.

a few things I have already tried:

disabling caching plugins, clearing cache & hard reloading, duplicating the page, saving permalink settings, and a few other things.

  Hi Eric,

  I'm afraid I don't have a magic answer but I have a magic question: do you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.3. and PRO 2.2.0? It is strange what you say so that the problem is either in an older version or it is something specific to your site. Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins(especially the optimization ones)? Does it happen on all pages? Isn't the section you're editing a global section?

  Yep, the latest brizy plugins are installed.

  I think it may be specific to the page, I tried to recreate the error on another page, and it seems to be updating correctly.

  none of the sections on the misbehaving page are global.

  the header should have a video background (if you see that then I'll really be scratching my head haha!)
