Contact form submission stopped working - loss of emails

    Hi,

    Could you please give us some details about this inconvenience? How did you connect the form? What integration did you use? Could you send us a link of a page where we can test this problem?
    Did you check the Brizy Leads? Are there stored the leads? normally, if the form has some problems and the lead aren't send in the email or account, or even if the visitors receive the error message, the message is saved in the Brizy Leads. If the message wasn't saved in the Brizy -> Leads, this means that there can be some server/hosting problems.

    Thanks Sandra. 

    We have got it working again now but it just appears that any emails sent in the last month have not been received for some strange reason.  And they have not been stored in Brizy leads, which is why I was wondering if there is anywhere else that they may be held? But from what you have said then it sounds like if they arent in this folder then sadly we cannot access them and they are lost, is this right?

    Great to know that you solve the problem with the Contact form and now they are working fine. Could I ask you what was the problem?
    I'm sorry to say but if the messages weren't saved in the Brizy Leads, they can't be recovered.
