    Hi,

Is your site created with Brizy? Is there any error message? Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.3. and PRO 2.2.0?

Hi - yes the site is created with Brizy. It is Pro and was loaded earlier. Doesn't the plugin update automatically? How do I check the current version? Or do I remove it and re-install the latest version (does this lose all my global preferences). I just get a critical error and my site cant be accessed. I am with GoDaddy and may be able to get logs from them?

    Hi Richard,

Brizy PRO does not update automatically. You can check for available updates using this button: https://jmp.sh/X2TsSne If you can't update the plugin from the dashboard try to delete it and then re-install the plugin by uploading it on the WordPress dashboard or through FTP: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/ By doing this you will not lose the configurations on the site or the pages because these data are stored in the database.
