Shortcode no longer working since update

For a website where I’m using brizy with shortcodes, since an update a couple of weeks ago, shortcodes aren’t displaying anymore, in addition to that other content below the shortcodes disappeared, I tried multiple fixes but it doen’st seem to be helping, Any Idea on how to fix this?

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.2.3 and Brizy Pro 2.2.0? How did you add the shortcode? Did you use the Shortcode element? Did you receive the same problem when you try to add the shortcode in a non-Brizy page?

  Hi,

  I do have both of the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy pro, I used the Short code element to add a htlm code, and the custom CSS in the more settings window of the Shortcode element. The shortcode outside of brizy is working propertly in addition everything was working corretly before the update.

  Hi,

  If you have the HTML code with CSS code, could you please try to add it in the Embed element https://jmp.sh/ZXG1zdN? The Shortcode element is frequently used for the situation when you have a shortcode (e.g. [instragram-feed]), when you have the HTML, CSS or JS code, you have to use the EMbed element.

  I used the EMbed element, code is showing propertly, but the block (block with images no custom code in there) underneath the code block is till not showing up.

  Hi,

  Could you send us the URL link of the page where you encounter this inconvenience? Also, could you send us a screenshot with what should be displayed under this block with embed element? Is this happen in the preview mode or in the editor mode too? What should display the embed code? What is this behaviour?
