    Hi Asim,

    Could I ask you what problem did you encounter? I found that you write an post some days ago and I got in touch with you. I waited for your response and now, I found that 5 hours ago you send us the reply. I already informed you there and we already created a private ticket on this request and already waiting for the WP credentials to continue to investigate this issue.

    Also, I want to add that we guarantee support in 24 hours (except holidays and days when we release an update).
