Connecting API to Sendinblue
Hi Brizy Support -
I am trying to connect two forms to collect lead information and deliver the info to sendinblue lists. I am using a sendinblue API integration. At one time this appeared to be working / connected, but I had not yet tested it. I had to undo the API integration and change the API key. I deleted the integration in the Brizy plugin in WP. I then created a new key in sendinblue. in the linked video you can see me inserting the new API key. in the 1st attempt there is a sendinblue field in the Brizy app which allows me to input the API key. I can't complete the integration. in the 2nd form / button attempt, notice there is no request for the API key, as it is already loaded into Brizy / Integrations / Sendinblue. But I still can't complete the connection to sendinblue.

I deleted the video from your message because there I found that is displayed your API key and want to protect you and your data.
Regarding the problem you encounter - First, I want to thank you for all these details. It is really time economy. I noticed that for the Comment field you added a long placeholder and therefore it was added automatically as the field title. Could you please try adding a shorted placeholder as you added for First name, Last name? When the user will want to send the message from the form, in the SendinBlue you will not see that text in this field but you will receive an empty field. Therefore, isn't necessary to add that long placeholder.
Another solution for this inconvenience can be activating the 'Labels" for the form fields. In this case, you will be able to set a short label for that field and a long placeholder for the same field. In this case, the title of the field will be considered the "Label" of the field.Thanks!
