Custom fonts won't stay

I've tried to repeatedly upload them and once i see it live it reverts back to old look. 

Just to show how many times i've done it... it loads in the buidler ONCE and thats it.

  What custom font do you want to upload? How did you upload it? Did you follow the instruction from here? What font format did you upload?

  It was Akur, I ended up having to completely re-copy the site to get rid of the glitch. Yes I uploaded it correctly. I've done it a thousand times. Apparently after I connected a third party hosting provider, it screwed up something when I disconnected it - on the backend that made it impossible to add any custom fonts from that point. Like I said, it would update if you refreshed the builder. But if you saved and refreshed it would revert back to a default font and Akur would go away.

  Hi Matthias,

  I tried to reproduce the problem you encounter with the custom font but all seems to work fine. See here. Could you please send us the URL link of the site you download this font? Also, could you please indicate the name of the project and the name of the subaccount where we can check this inconvenience.

  Also, I notice that you suppose that this problem happens after you disconnected from the third-party hosting provider. What was it? And how did you disconnect it? How do you have published the site now?

  Did you try to upload another custom font? Is this problem happen too?

  This problem also happened to me. It seems that there is some conflict, the font displays perfectly in brizy cloud but when 3rd party host custom font is not displayed.

  It appears to only appear after you try to upload a duplicate font.

  I had to recopy the entire site. Thats why you prob didn't see the issue. But if you move the site between projects thats where you'll see the custom fonts not working
