    Hi Alex, 

    It wasn't working for 2 days. My website is vital for my business and I had shared links with potential clients who I learned weren't able to view the information. Can you confirm what has been put in place to ensure this won't happen again?

    Hi,

    Did you recently add a custom domain, or did the problem appear in a domain that had SSL installed for some time? The thing is, when you add a new domain with new records, it takes up to 24 hours for SSL to install and propagate until your users see the secure connection.     Hi Alex, 

    I did not add a new domain at the time. The problem occurred before I deleted the domain and re-installed the same domain (steps I took in order to try resolve the problem myself). Why was the SSL removed and why did this problem occur originally?

    Unfortunately, I can't know that. I will ask a dev to check your project logs but we will have an answer on Monday or Tuesday.
