Dissapearing Projects!

I recently created a popup, and now it is gone! How can this be?? Please help ASAP

  Hi Piotr,

  can you please give us more details? It's a pop-up added as a link to one of your elements? Or, it's an external pop-up? Can you please confirm that you were logged in when you created it and were not in a guest account?

  It wasn't guest account because there were my other projects.

  I made popup, added script to external site. Then, when popup stopped showing, I returned to account to check settings, and project was gone. I made it one more time, since popup is quick to make. But I am scared when thinkig that my sites can dissappear.

  It's strange what you're describing. Do you have a project id for that pop-up so we can look it up in logs?

  I'm afraid we can't do much about it. Let's hope it doesn't happen again. :) At least we haven't had such cases before.

  It happened again!!! Please! I make website and then it dissapears!!

  How to clear server cache? It is your server I guess... I use (2 Years of Unlimited Hosted Domains)

  I can clear browser cache, but how do you explain Project not found message when try to open koongfoo.com

  Your project has despaired and unfortunately, we can not help you in this case. We don't know the cause -
  maybe someone deleted it or maybe you didn't save it, many things can happen( I can tell you for sure, if you don't have the domain for the project in our database then you can not do anything)
