Not exporting the entire site into HTML
Hey folks,
I've had a few issues over the last several days attempting to download the HTML file of my Brizy cloud site. It creates a zip of around 295kb or so, when the actual file is significantly larger.
I've noticed that this seems to have coincided with a previous Brizy outage that was discussed throughout the community. Is this a known issue / are there any fixes / are there steps being taken to mitigate this?
Thanks,
Ben

Hi,
Could you please check if you have published the site before exporting the HTML? Could you send us the URL of the site (from Brizy Cloud https://jmp.sh/NDj8G3w) you receive this inconvenience?
Thanks!

I too am having the same issue.
I have exported the HTML before successfully, now it is only exporting one html file (index.html with "This page is not yet created. Please start designing your page by clicking the button below ")

I might add that this is urgent for me, the delivery date is today, is there any other way to get the HTML output?

This is a deeper issue. I have a site w55 pages all very similar. I reached out to the Brizy community on Facebook and someone told me "If the site is heavy, export doesn't work". I have also noticed that when I click the Preview link I get a server 500 error now.
Please, please please, can you take a look at this. It was urgent for me but I solved the short term problem by creating a new project and using a saved layout to copy the page I needed across.
Soon I will need all 55 pages, so this is still a huge issue, just not an urgent one.
