Is there a way to submit a private support ticket?
Recent Brizy Lifetime purchaser here.
Is there a way to submit private ticket, or is everything we ask submitted to the community?
I really need an issue with Quad9 DNS resolvers cleared up in regards to Brizy Cloud, but my community message just sits there saying Pending Approval. Yet there's no reason to make that public at all. It's not particularly private, either, but it's hardly a community issue. The community couldn't help. Only the admins from Brizy can really fix it.
Maybe there's a bug report or tracker facility? I could submit tech issue there.

from what I know, my colleague Sandra has already moved your post to a private ticket and your problem is being inspected. Have you received any notification in this regard?

I am having issues with the builder and see no way to submit a private ticket. Cannot issue backend login etc., publicly.
