Custom domain is not working without www

Something went wrong. I've got 404 err trying access my domain without www.

It seems that we filled CNAME and A record correctly

 

Please, help

  Hi,

  Could you please send us a screenshot with how did you set-up the Cname and A record in the Domain? Also, could you please send us the URL link of the site? Please don't hide some details from the screenshot or URL link. We will delete these detailed before approving your reply.

  We're having the same issue with www.jurisoutdoor.com

  • it works with the WWW
  • it does not work without the WWW
  • We're seeing "green" in the publish section suggesting both CNAME & A Records are setup properly.

  Hi 
  I have the same problem 
  When The user types liveintulum.mx an error appears

  https://liveintulum.mx

  Only with www the sites open propperly https://www.liveintulum.mx

   

  I´m trying to solve it redirecting liveintulum to www.liveintulum but maybe there is another way
