Hello I've an issue with the brizy pro licence key

Hello, Ive an issue with the licence key functionality, on my website "https://latelierduvisage.ma/",

I cant add the licence key on my brizy pro plugin I always get the same message

"Sorry, we have not found an activation record to deactivate"

I just don't understand the meaning...

Maybe related, I also have some bugs on  the mega menu element when I hover a link with submenu It dosent open the sub menu and when I inspect the source I can see that there is no sub menu at all and I get this error in chrome console (in every page of the front end)

  Hi,

  License key problem - What versions of Brizy Free and Brizy Pro do you have at the moment? Could you please update them to the latest versions? At the moment we have the 2.2.3 version for Brizy Free and 2.2.0 version for Brizy Pro. If you can't update the Brizy Pro from the Plugins, could you please update it manually? For this, you have to deactivate and delete the Brizy Pro from your WP dashboard. Go to your Brizy account and from there download the latest version of Brizy Pro 2.2.0 (don't unzip de folder you download). Go back to the WP dashboard -> Plugins -> Add new and upload the Brizy Pro you recently downloaded from the account. Activate the plugin and try to activate the license key? Please make sure you followed all these steps:
  1 - Go to your Brizy account;
  2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
  3 - From there generate a license key for the site you want to activate it and the Brizy Pro plugin;
  4 - Click on the license key to open it;
  5 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
  6 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
  7 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
  8 - Activate it.

  Regarding the problem with Megamenu - after installing and updated the Brizy Free and Brizy pro plugin, is this problem still appearing? If it is still appearing could you please send us the URL link of the page where we can check this inconvenience? also, could you please give us more details about how you created the mega menu?

  – License key problem –
  Brizy Free Version 2.2.3 / Brizy PRO Version 2.2.0
  I can't update the Brizy Pro from the Plugins so I have made the last update manually exactly like you said !
  Unfortunately even manualy updated following all these steps when i add the licence key still get the message :
  "Sorry, we have not found an activation record to deactivate"

  – Megamenu problem –

  I cant update so it's still there the navigation menu is present and the same on every page of this website https://latelierduvisage.ma/

  I've created the mega menu
  - first create my primary navigation menu in wordpress admin > apparence > menu
  - In a brizy page I've add a menu element in my global header and associate the primary menu to it
  - Then I toggled the mega switch on specific items : Soins du visage, Soins des sourcils, Soins des cils, Le mag de l'atelier
  - Create a layout in mega menu panel with a row and 5 column ( one for sub menu and 4 for images)
  - Then I create sub menu for each mega menu in wordpress admin > apparence > menu
  - And add menu element in my mega menus panels first column and attribute my submenu for each

  It use to work very well on desktop and mobile then it breaks since some brizy update
  Please Help me for that I can give you credential to acces admin panel
