recreating sticky subpage nav

I really like this design wondering how i can recreate this floating Nav and or create a sub nav the reveals  after scrolling x for a user friendly long page navigation.

  Hi David,

  Do you want to create a similar menu bar in your page/site https://jmp.sh/2MSjJcE? If you have the Brizy Pro you can create it using the Header block. For this, you have to set it with Sticky mode. After this, you have to scroll down a bit to open the "second" header. There you can select another menu and after this, you have to select a colour for the row where is displayed the logo and menu. Also, you have to set the opacity to 0 to the block background. In this video, I show you all these steps.
