Margin adjustments cause background to mix

Hi Bill,
Thank you for the video, it was very useful to understand the question. In your case, the header is so hight because the second column is empty and in such a way is displayed the empty column in the editor mode. In the preview and live all will display fine. Now, to solve this inconvenience and see in the editor mode this block fine, I suggest adding in the second column the Spacer element. This will fill the column and not be so hight. See here.
Also, if you want to add some margins to the block, I suggest opening the full version of the margin option and from there select in what direction (top, bottom, left or right) to you want to apply the margins. See here.
