Brizy Pro not working
Hello, 2 days ago everything was working fine. Then today I decide to work on my website and it looks find on the editor but on live preview it's just a blank white screen. I deactivated all my plug-ins and reactivate them one by one to see which one was making it all white, and it was the Brizy pro ;'( Im sad i need all those functions but I can't use them because my whole site just turns into a white screen everytime I re-activate my pro plugin.

can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.1. and PRO 2.2.0? Also, do you have any errors in the browser console?

That is correct, I have the latest Brizy versions, 2.2.1 and PRO 2.2.0 // and no errors in the browser console, just a white screen

now it's saying this.. after I updated to the new WordPress, and the free version of Brizy is now 2.2.2

The latest Free version is 2.2.3. Do you have access to the dashboard to update the plugin? Or because of errors you can't access the dashboard? If you can't update the plugin from the dashboard try to delete it and then re-install the plugin manually through FTP: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/

I have installed the latest free version 2.2.3. Still the same error i'm getting.
I can access everything, only when I activate the pro that it gives me this message. If i de-activate then the site works again.

may I know which version of PHP you have? Also, the last thing before switching to the private ticket and inspecting the problem on your dashboard: can you please delete the Brizy folder via FTP and then reinstall the latest version from your Brizy account?

Hi Alex, now using Brizy 2.28 and Pro 2.2.5 and the error message looks like this:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function rwmb_get_registry()
in /usr/www/users/exclusex/wp-content/plugins/brizy-pro-4/content/providers/metabox.php on line 11For weeks I contacted your team. They wrote me that they are looking for a solution. Nothing happens. Sorry, but I have to use the Pro.
