    Hi I have the same issue as well.

    Subscription is active on ellc...........@gmail.com instead of sach......@outlook.com

    Can you switch the subscription so I can send live the website I built? 

    Similar to the original post creator I would have started the upgrade on one account and somewhere in the process my Gmail was switched in.
