My external .json Lottie File doesn't work

Hello,

 

I'm trying to use an external lottie file and it's not working with the Lottie File widget.

  I checked the Lottie file you send us and find that it doesn't display anything on the Lottie web payer. See here.

  Hello Sandra,

  Ok, so the file works in their desktop player but I think you need it to be an actual lottiefiles.com URL, similar to this...https://assets5.lottiefiles.com/packages/lf20_cjg5hy89.json

  Does that mean we can't host our own lottie file on our server as .json and use it in Brizy?

  Hi,

  At the moment in Brizy builder isn't possible to upload a Lottie file. In one of the future updates, we will add this feature too. Now, you can add them only using the Lottie link.

  Here's the problem, this file (https://files.delivery/Lottie%20Files/23855-cloud-computing.json) did work and stopped working recently so I'm not sure what happened.

  Also, I'm not uploading a lottie file directly, I'm using the link above which is a lottie file and should work the same way this file would work (https://assets5.lottiefiles.com/packages/lf20_cjg5hy89.json).

  Please bring this attention to your engineers. Thank you!

  Hi,

  As I showed you in the first reply, the link you send us doesn't work, doesn't display the Lottie file you created or uploading to this link. How did you generate this link? Did you upload the Lottie file on a cloud server and in such a way generated this link? I'm sorry to say but this will not work at the moment. In one of the future updates, we will improve this functionality and will add the ability to upload the Lottie file and therefore will be solved this inconvenience.

  Yes the file was uploaded to a cloud server, sorry I should have been more descriptive when I shared the URL.
