Live Site Not Updating
Hi team,
My Brizy Pro suddenly stops working properly. I'm just in the middle of my web designing when I noticed that whenever I tried to add a new element then update the website, the live site is not changing. I tried to delete the newly added element then clicked on Update button and now the site is showing the deleted element. I tried to clear all my cache and actually worked on a different browser but same problem. The live site is still not updating.
Hope someone can help me here. Thanks.

Hi,
can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.2.1. and PRO 2.2.0? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? I noticed that you have some cache plugins so try disabling them and checking again.

Hi Alex,
Please see below. For some reason, it just stopped working properly yesterday. I tried to do it in different browsers and is still giving me same result.

If it helps, I've updated yesterday the Brizy plugin and then suddenly the live site is not updating. I just tried updating it right now and same result, the live site is still not updating. I have never experience this before so I wonder what could be the culprit.

I've tried installing a new website but Brizy Page Builder is still now ranking, see here https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/360075266631-Brizy-Builder-Not-Working

Hello Gents,
I am sorry to barge in, but I came across this thread while looking for a solution to my (similar problem posted here).
If it helps, I have a similar problem in that when I save/update the website strange things happen (multiple menus appear, older menus). I posted a ticket, but I have not heard back yet. When I delete the elements, save/update, go back, the artifacts are still there...
Once again, I just wanted to help you identify and solve the issue.
Cheers,
Calin

If you say you have the same problem even if you have disabled your plugins (especially the cache ones) then it is a strange behavior. I have created a private ticket for you so please send your login details there and we will look into it. Thanks.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your reply. I am terribly sorry, is this the spot where I can post my login and pwd? I just don't want to post this to the whole web.
Thank you,
Calin

Hi Calin,
My answer refers to Andy's issue for which I created a private ticket. Looks like we commented simultaneously and your comment was between Andy's issue and my answer.
I noticed that my colleague Sandra asked you some questions in another post. Please reply there and we will create a private ticket for you where you will send the login details.
