Select2 JS Error

Hi,

We're migrating a client to Astra and Brizy from an older WP theme.

We use an embeddable plugin called VisualIDX to display real estate listings. It's worked great for years - no conflicts or crashes, and generates tons of leads. But when we have Brizy installed, we get JS errors related to Select2, and VisualIDX doesn't load 90% of the time.

The exact error is "Uncaught Error: No select2/compat/dropdownCss ---- preview.js:30"

If we remove Brizy then everything works fine. Can someone explain how Brizy uses Select2? Why is it loading Select2 on that page when the page isn't built with Brizy? And any suggestions to fix the situation?
