    sorry for not getting back to you sooner. 

    You contacted support on Saturday(December 5), but said the site had been down for two days. Why didn't you contact us on Thursday when the problem arose? We could have solved this by the weekend(when support is limited). 

    From what I know, you already have a private discussion with my colleague Natalia and you sent the login details. Most likely the problem is because you do not have the latest version of Brizy PRO 2.2.0.

    Please always make sure you have the latest versions of both plugins: Free and PRO. If sometimes you can't update the plugins from the dashboard, you can always do it via FTP.
