Pagination with JavaScript

Is it possible to make the pagination work with Javascript so it just refreshes the posts and not switch the page? I have a page with 3 different paginations (posts collections) and it doesn't work so nicely and would be a better user interface if just the element is updated with Javascript.

  Unfortunately, at the moment this isn't possible to make pagination with JavaScript. at the moment it is working in such away.
