Hi Team,

May I please ask you to assist me with sorting the following bugs/issues at https://salut7.brizy.site/ :

1. Top Section - the Lottie (https://assets2.lottiefiles.com/packages/lf20_3klf8pwx.json) is not responding on the click to the link assigned.

2. Contact Form - The part of the form "Select" type, looks glitched. Could you please check whether it is bugged, as it is not the way as it used to look in the past.

  Hi,

  1.I just tested this and it works as it should: https://jmp.sh/JG3ds2K Do you have any external code on that page? Did you test this on a different page or is it just for this one?

  2. The same for the form: https://jmp.sh/sYHblgx it works differently for us. Could you please give us more details from the editor? Is it a specific problem for this project or is it the same problem in all projects? Do you have any external code added to the project?

  Thanks Alex. Let me bring up more info:

  1. I've added an extra button so you can see the difference. The "Move Down" button works well. The "Lottie" button does not go down to the next section (https://ibb.co/b3bNSPX).

  2. What can be seen in the developer mode - https://ibb.co/vxxDKn2. What users see - https://ibb.co/7prsfZd.

  No external code in the whole website.

  Hi, 

  Seems like it take a bit longer them expected. 

  I can remove No 1 for now, but please have a look at No 2. For comparison you may consider checking the way the form looks on wordpress.

  sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Last week we had some big "challenges" at Brizy Cloud (maybe you've heard) and the whole team was trained in that.

  We tested Lottie on your project and everything works fine: https://jumpshare.com/v/7oWamkPZ1ScQc7uQFZ52 Most likely the problem was in your Lottie element but now we can't test this because it is no longer available at the link you sent earlier.

  Regarding the select issue: I'm still waiting for an answer from the developer. Tomorrow I will come back with an update on this.

  Hi,

  after a long time of inspection it seems that I understood what the problem is. The dropdown list doesn't have a border and and actually we see the border of the paragraph field behind the list: https://jmp.sh/wXRRoJ2 -> https://jmp.sh/CWjqz5j To solve this I suggest you add a shadow for select fields: https://jmp.sh/rmmSMot -> https://jmp.sh/VAeUhOS so we will have the dropdown list highlighted. You could use the same values for shadow as in my example.

  Please let me know if this works for you.
