I have Brizy Personal and Brizy Pro LIFETIME, and I'm trying to migrate my personal to my LIFETIME account.

I'm setting up a website for a client that I've had staged in the Cloud, but when I set up a license them, it gave them a lifetime license and from what I'm seeing, it's not linked to the cloud. It's incredibly frustrating, any help would be great.

  Hi,

  In Brizy Cloud you can't set-up the license key. You have the access to Brizy Pro features and the Brizy hosting in the Brizy Cloud if you are log-in Brizy Cloud with the account where you have a Brizy Pro license.
  The License key you have to set-up in the WordPress dashboard to register the Brizy Pro plugin.
  Could you please give us more details regarding this "it's not linked to the cloud"? - to create the connexion with Brizy Cloud and be able to sync saved blocks and layouts from WordPress to Cloud, please see this video.

  regarding the main question, "I have Brizy Personal and Brizy Pro LIFETIME, and I'm trying to migrate my personal to my LIFETIME account" - do you have the Brizy Pro Personal license on an account and the Brizy Pro Lifetime license on another account and do you want to merge them? In this case could you please send us the email of these 2 accounts and the email of the account where you want to have?

  Regarding the migration thing, I have both the Brizy Personal and Pro Lifetime on the same account.

  Ok, then do you want to migrate the Brizy Personal license on another account? On what account do you want to migrate it? Could you please send us the email of the Brizy account where you want to migrate the Brizy Personal license?
