White label issues

So in the manual there is no explanation about the prefix option when white labeling. What does that do? because when i change it the website i created doesn't function.

Furthermore i have been experiencing major issues with the updates of the pro license. The admin wasn't avaiIable anymore and had to remove the pro plugin via ftp and reinstall for every website i am managing.

Even tough i have selected auto update

Have you heard of these problems before??

  Hi,

  The option "prefix" from WhiteLabel feature, will change the "brizy" name from the links. Therefore, you will not have the "sitename/page/?brizy-edit" but you will have the "sitename/page/?prefix-edit".
  Could you please give us more details regarding the issue you found? Could you send us a screenshot with the problem you encounter when you changed the prefix? Also, could you check if you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WordPress default theme, did you receive the same issue?

  Regarding the second problem - yes, we had a similar problem but we already fixed it. Now, do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you have these versions all should work fine.
