can not add images to exist pages

Hi,

I have been having problem to add images to exist pages on my websites. When I tried to add images and click on add image icon, nothing happen and, kind of roll up back to the top of the page. This in not happening just for a website, there are many of my website having this problem.

I don't know if this would help. I have got the error when I get to the optimise images page.

Could you please advise what to do? My clients need to update their website to get ready for Christmas season but they can not do anything.

  Hi,

  Can't you add images in Brizy pages? Did you receive an error? Could you please send us a screenshot with the error you encounter?
  Also, could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?
