Haven theme not working

Dear team,

Please assist to trouble shoot issue. not able to update pages getting below error.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  Hi,

  I would like to help you with the problem you encounter in the ThemeFuse theme but since March 1, 2020, we cancelled the support for ThemeFuse themes. I can recommend re-creating pages in Brizy. We have 400+ premade blocks, 41 layouts and a lot of elements that will help you with this. Also, for you as a ThemeFuse user, we can offer 2 years access to Brizy Pro. For this, we will need the email of the Brizy account and ThemeFuse account.

  Hi,

  Thank you for all these details. We already added in your Brizy account (this one savi***@g***om) the licence for 2 years for using Brizy Pro features. Enjoy Brizy!
  I only want to add that with Brizy you can create and edit new page but you can't edit the existent one pages and crested with the theme or another page builder.

  Dear Team,

  Thank for support, I have installed brizy and brizy pro on wordpress installtion, and both are active, but still in brizy setting it is asking for license key.

  Do let me know the license key and how to download the pro templates.

  Hi,

  If you installed the Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugin, now you have to activate the license key. For this you have to:
  1 - Go to your Brizy account;
  2 - Access the WordPress licenses;
  3 - From there generate a license key for the site you want to activate it and the Brizy Pro plugin;
  4 - Click on the license key to open it;
  5 - Copy the entire license https://jmp.sh/TYnBH9R;
  6 - Go back to the WordPress dashboard and access the Brizy -> Settings -> License;
  7 - Here you have to paste the license https://jmp.sh/APqTpnb;
  8 - Activate it.

  Regarding this "how to download the pro templates" - if you ask about Pro layouts, you can find them when you want to add a block in a page, in the "Layout" section. See here.

  Dear Team,

   

  Thank you for update on activation.

   

  Now I am facing below issue while downloading pro template.

  "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

  I have searched for issue on support portal and one of solution was to increase RAM to 1GB which our server team increased but still I am facing same issue.

   

  Below is server team's response on RAM issue.

  "Hello,

  I have set the memory limit to 1GB. This is maximum you can use for a CPANEL user. This should solve your memory limit error. If you continue to face the issue then contact the developers and ask for alternative solution.

  " 

   

  Please note, its full new WordPress installation.
