    Hi,

Thank you for all these details and screenshots. I identified that in the Cloudflare you proxied the A name and Cname record. Unfortunately, at the moment the proxied records will not work for Brizy Cloud. Therefore, we suggest to deactivate the proxy and activate the grey cloud. We plan to add an improvement and add the possibility to proxied the records for the Brizy sites.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hey!

It is working right now, just deactivating the proxy by clicking on the orange cloud, and activate de grey one.

In just one minute, the domain points to the brizy server. FINE!

Don't forget set up the A / CNAME records in the original CPANEL of your domain.

    Hi Sandra,

I've deactivated the proxy for both the A record and CNAME, but now my connection is showing as insecure in the browser, without SSL certificate.

    How can I fix this?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Could you please send us the URL link of the site where you encounter this problem? Also, could you send us a screenshot from Cloudflare of how did you set up the Cname and A record? Are the Current data from the Brizy Cloud DNS settings, marked with green https://jmp.sh/X2sLMWh?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    I get -

    This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in (site name)

    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

For all my Brizy Cloud sites both with brizy generated URL and custom domains.

    Best regards

    Hello Joni,

Many apologies for this inconvenience. The team is already working on this issue.

    Official announcement:

    BRIZY CLOUD ANNOUNCEMENT

Brizy Cloud projects on brizy.site domain will not be accessible for a few hours

We are aware of the Brizy Cloud problem with hosting and site previews! We are working to fix this ASAP together with our domain registrar Uniregistry.

This happened because unusual activity on certain websites created on Brizy Cloud platform has been reported directly to the registrar of our domain and they preventively blocked the domain. We are in contact with them to solve this asap.

There is NO breach or security risk for the sites created in Brizy Cloud, the issue is related to the brizy.site domain being locked for review.

All the projects that have a custom domain linked via an A Record DNS change, are NOT affected by this downtime.

I'll keep you all in the loop once I know more. An announcement regarding the fix will come soon.

We are very sorry for this inconvenience
