    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? Could you please install a clean cache plugin and WP Optimizer plugin to optimize the database? Does this problem occur again?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra, hi Jaco

I am facing the same issue: After changing content in the Brizy Editor, I press "Update" and "Preview" but the content would not update. Also, when refreshing the page in Brizy Editor (after updating), the changes of the content are lost.

I installed "WP Super Cache" as a clean cache plugin (suggested by Sandra) but I do not really know how that should help.

Can you maybe provide a workflow? Something like

change content in Brizy Editor -> press "Update" -> delete cache with WP Super Cache -> press "Preview"

    Thanks in advance,

    Devon

    Hi,

Could you please deactivate the WP Super Cache plugin and then check again the Brizy pages? Did you receive the same problem? Also, I can suggest preview Brizy pages in the incognito mode of the browser.

I'm sorry but I don't remember to suggest this clean cache plugin. As a clean cache plugin, I can recommend WP optimize or W3 Total Cache.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra

    Thanks for the reply!

The hint with using the incognito mode works quite well! However, sometimes I have to repeat pressing the "udpate" button several consecutive times in order to have the desired output on the real website.

    What could the problem be?

Also, how should I use WP optimize then?

    Thanks!

    Best,

    Devon

    Hi,

If you check in the Incognito mode of the browser and you can see the modifications you make but in the normal browser not, then the problem can be in the Browser cache. I can recommend deleting the browser cache or trying to work in the Incognito mode of the browser. Also, I can recommend deactivating for some days the clean cache plugin you use and then activate it again. When you activate it, run it also to delete the site cache.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra

I work completely in the incognito mode. So:

    1. Changing content in Brizy in incognito mode
    2. Press "Update" button in Brizy in incognito mode
    3. Press "Preview" in Brizy in incognito mode
    4. The preview window opens in incognito mode
    5. Sometimes the changes are there, sometimes not.

Please provide a workflow that works 100% as I asked in my very first comment. Something like:

-> change content on brizy in browser X -> delete cache of browser X -> press "update" on brizy in browser X

Just something that you are sure the changes will be present. Is there a way of doing that?

    Best regards and thanks

    Devon

    Hi,

This inconvenience can be related to the Clean Cache plugin is installed on your dashboard. Therefore, we can't provide a solution without test some other variants to find the one that is the best for your case. Did you try to follow up on these steps you provide us "-> change content on brizy in browser X -> delete the cache of browser X -> press "update" on brizy in browser X"? Is this works fine for you?

I can suggest deactivating the clean cache plugin and check how are displayed the updates. If all is working fine, I can suggest looking for another clean cache plugin.

Also, please make sure you have the latest versions for the Brizy Free 2.2.9.1 and Brizy Pro 2.2.6.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
