Brizy Builder wp - preview shows blank page

I built two landing pages in my WP site using Brizy.  I changed the Page Template to use Brizy Template.  While creating the pages, I had chosen my Sinatra Full Width template.  I was able to see the Brizy built landing pages, but also saw the header, menus, footers when previewing.  I am not done with the creation and changed the template to the Brizy template.  Now when I preview all I can see is a blank / white page.  The website is not live yet.  how can I preview these two pages, while the Brizy template is selected in the Brizy editor?  do I need to change a setting on the Wordpress settings?

  Hi Steve,

  It could be a conflict with one of your plugins or even with the theme. can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.1.5 and PRO 2.1.3? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you check this with a default WordPress theme?

  I am using Brizy 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3

  other plugins include Akismet, Bluehost, Google analytics by MonsterInsights, Optinmonster, Updraft Plus, WPForms Lite (not being used and I will deactivate and delete this one)

  I should add that I have built 6 pages using Brizy.  Four can be properly previewed, while two cannot.  why?  I also deactivated and deleted OptinMonster and WPForms Lite from the above list.  no impact on the preview issue.

  Hi my name is miguel and I am having problems in brizy cloud. When I preview it is blank and when I preview in mobile and tablet it says project not configured.
