Background Image in Block does not work.

Hi there,

 

I just purchased your theme a few days ago.

On my very first design and after installing my second Block, I tried to upload a Background image 1024 x 427 Px without any sucess.

I've spent over 1 hour to figure out to solve that issue without any success.

I did install Short Pixel.

In fact I cannot upload any image in Image element as well...

That sucks.

Please help.

  Hi,

  Do you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? Could you please send us a video with this problem?
  If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?
