Brizy Form issues on pages

When ever I use a 3rd party form on my site, the form is all misaligned, this is true for my donation, documents, etc.

The culprit is in container with this code

.brz .brz-rich-text > * {

1. white-space: pre-wrap;

}

 

when i change this it impacts other pages.

 

Hope there is a fix for this as it really impacts my working on this site.

  Hi,

  Is this problem only on the external form? How did you add it on the Brizy page? If it isn't a Brizy form, could you please check how it is displaying in the non-Brizy page? Could you try to add some Custom CSS to that form and align it?

  Hi Sandra, the issue is with ALL 3^rd party forms and other items to display content in forms.

  I have overridden the template to none. And all forms/displays are fine now. Had to change a few page due to this new condition.

  I would hope that Brizy takes a look at this so other users do not experience similar problems. Aside the actual code of the forms is adapted to Brizy CSS and individual form css tweaking is almost impossible.

  Hi,

  When is added an external code (shortcode on embed code) in the Brizy page, it comes with its code, the code that was developed by the external plugin. If the result isn't looking as you expect, the cause of the problem can be also in the plugin which generates that code (shortcode on embed code). Therefore it is recommended to check it too and to adapt it to the new place where you want to add if is needed.
  Great to know that you could find the solution and all is looking fine on your side.

  Well i beg to differ. The 3rdp arties all claim it is generated by Brizy.
