    Hi,

Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same problem?
Did you receive this problem on all pages or on some pages? Did you try to edit with Brizy pages that wasn't initially created with Brizy editor?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Hello, I have the exact same problem - I deactivated all plugins and switched to the default theme.

I tried to create a new post and I get the exact same loading wheel :(

    Thank you for helping

    Hi,

Could you please check if you created a Brizy template for all posts in the Brizy -> Templates? Do you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Found the problem :) I'm on wpmudev.org hosting and the Defender Pro module blocks Brizy from launching - I turned it off and Brizy works.

Looking deeper. the security module is set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

Changing it to display "same origin as the page itself" works without loosening security too much.

I'm having the same issue with the brizy edit not loading and I can't edit. None of my pages would load when I try to edit it with Brizy. Just a spinning wheel

    PHP 7.4

    WordPress 5.8

    Brizy 2.3.17

    Hello!

Please make sure that you are using the latest Brizy plugin versions, which are 2.3.17 for Brizy free and 2.3.13 for Brizy Pro.

Try to fully reinstall plugins (deactivate, remove, install again)

Clear the website cache and check your page again.

After it, go to Settings --> Permalinks and push the save button. In general WordPress settings, I mean.

    Let me know the results.

    Kind regards,

    Mihail
