No option to embed an HTML code

Hi,

The owner of the site gave me access to his site. He asked me to embed an HTML code. When I clicked on the icon on the very top left corner of the page, I see the options and select embed and dragged it to the place where we want it. However, when I click the embed box, it doesn't give me a plus icon where I can click on the put in the the HTML code. The only icons I see are settings, duplicate, colors, align and delete. What can we do to address this issue. The owner gave me the highest access level to the account.

  Hi,

  Is this situation happen in the Brizy Cloud? In this case, the problem happens because your account isn't validated. Could you go to the Settings -> Code Injection? Do you see this view https://jmp.sh/Y06EUPD? If so, could you please click on the "Send validation email"? After this check the email you created the Brizy account. There you have to receive a validation email from us. You have to open it and click on the "Validate" button. After you validate your account, please go back to the Brizy Cloud project and make a refresh and try again to add the embed code.
  If you didn't success to validate the account, send us the email of your Brizy Cloud account and we will validate manually your account.
