Popup at home

Good morning, I have made a Popup in https://www.integrana.es/ . The popup show correctly at home when I scroll the page (only one time like it's configured), but I must click two times the close button to close the popup.

If I show the popup in another page (not at home), all works correctly.

Can you help me?

  Hi David,

  Could you please check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivated the external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem? How did you create the pop-up? What triggers and conditions did you set? Do you have created only one pop-up?

  Good morning Sandra and thanks for your support. I have last Brizy Free and Brizy Pro plugins (2.1.5 / 2.1.3). I have deactivated most plugins and the problem continues, but I can see with Brizy Starter Theme the problem disappears.

  Activating the Astra Theme, the problem returns, but I can see activating the “Twenty Seventeen” the problem also happens. The other strange thing is that if I show that Popup on any other page than the home page, the problem doesn't happen (popup close correctly with only one click in close button).

  If finding the solution is complicated, I can try to reproduce everything in a test environment to check if this is something particular to this website or something generic.

  Hi,

  Do you have active the Cache plugin Swift Performance plugin? Could you please deactivate it and check if all is loading fine?
