Impossible to save pages (error message)

Hello, I have a big problem. I can't save my work.

This message appear : This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser. I find others persons here whose have the same problem but no one seems to have resolved the problem.

Could you help me please ? That's urgent. Thanks !

  Is this problem happen on Brizy Cloud? Could you please send us the URL link of the site and page name where you encounter this problem?

  I don't know but it's the only place I found to join you. Is there no support center like Divi does ?

  The website is hightechcare.net. Two days ago it was a save problem. But now it's worse because I can't edit the page ! How am I supposed to tell to my client ? It's very disappointing. It's a shame because your concept is great but technically it seems not okay...

  If the problem persists, I will demand you a refound and I will continue with Divi.

  Hi Richard,

  We investigated the site and found that it isn't built on the Brizy Cloud but on the WordPress environment. Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? What is the WP memory limit?
  This error could show when the site isn't well optimized. Could you please try to optimize the site using the basic steps?
  1 - Choose a quality hosting plan;
  2 - Keep updated your plugins, theme and WP;
  3 - Delete the plugins and themes you do not use anymore;
  4 - Add a clean cache plugin and run it;
  5 - Use an Image optimization plugin (we have an integration with ShortPixel, therefore we are recommending it);
  6 - Clean the media library from the images you don't use anymore and the first revisions from the pages and posts you know you will not need;
  7 - Optimize the database (WP Optimizer).

  Hello Sandra,

  The site isn't built on the Brizy Cloud but it's the only place I found to talk with a client support.

  I am surprised, the Brizy extention is not on my extension list, is that normal ? If not, I think the problem would came from here. Still I have the brizi tab on the left of the dashboard. I don't know what is my WP memory limit, how to find it and how to raise it.

  Thanks for your optimization list. The first 3 points is ok, 6 too. I will try Shortpixel and WP Optimizer. How to clean the cache plugin and run it ?
