    Hi Arno,

Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3? If you temporary deactivated all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro), do you see the same problem?
Where did you encounter it? In the Pages or in the Templates? How could we reproduce this problem?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    I stopped all plugins.

Your versions are as written. Unfortunately the font disappears from the layouts or blocks as soon as I upload this. Even when I write something in the text fields
the writing disappears as soon as I take the next step. Even a save does not change.

Yesterday the writing disappeared while I was writing ...
I took a snap but can't load it here, can I?
    Greetings from Arno

    Hi,

I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Denis,

    Thank you for your message.

Have you tried to deactivate all 3rd party plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy PRO) and activating any default WordPress theme (for example Twenty Twenty-One)?

    Best regards,
    Denis.

Trying that way brizy works well.
What can I do to fix the issue?

I think I solved the issue.
In my wordpress site I have possibility to choose templates type (inside the page) if I chose Brizy template text doesn't work, I choose Full width page it works.

Considering I work only with full width page for me it isn't a problem.

    Hi Denis,

If you deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy PRO) and problem disappears, then one of the plugins you have deactivated is the reason of the problem. To find out what plugin creates this issue, you can try to activate plugins back one by one and after each plugin activation check if text is displayed or not.

    Best regards,
    Denis.
