the contact form does not work

Hello, I have problems with the contact form, I configure it with the worpress option and it simply does not work, the mail does not arrive and does not show the configured error message, in conclusion nothing happens. I have installed the free version of brizy 2.1.5 and the version brizy pro 2.1.3. Thank you very much for the help
