1st layout template - Business and Financial Consultants

Hi there, I'm using the layout templates to train myself in Brizy, and have started on the 1st one available. Its pretty straightforward in general but for the life of me I cannot see how the designer managed to create the 4th block - the one entitled "We'd like to help". There are 3 rows each with one photo in one column and a white text card in the opposite one. Can you give me a heads  up on how the text card was created - which elements were used etc. In fact any clue at all would  be a great help!

  If you want to use this block on your site, you can add this layout and add to save this block https://jmp.sh/WMknSp3. After this go the page you want to add it and add it from Saved Blocks https://jmp.sh/p0vDuJZ.

  If you want to know how to create this block, I created a screen video where I show you how to create a similar block. See here. You can set the margin and padding value what you need. I showed only an example.
