Problem with installing Brizy Pro

HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE?... IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE

I tried to add Brizy Pro to my WordPress site. I viewed the video: How to install Brizy PRO and activate your PRO license. I followed the instructions, but I did not get the page to activate Brizy PRO. When I made a mistake, I tried to do the process again a couple more times with the same results.

I received an email from WordPress with the following error message:
