Membership blocks with WaaS plan

Hi, I saw the webinar about membership blocks; I currently have a WaaS subscription and there is no roles page in Users or the membership option in block settings. Are this functionality not available in WaaS program?

  Could you please check the User options and Role Managers options in a certain site and not on the main network?
