Cloud site giving 404 Error

We have Published the site.

We have updated the CNAME Record at clouflare

But current data shows 'Not Found' on custom domain in brizy cloud interface.

When trying to open site or preview site it lands up in 404 error on brizy site server

Could you please look into this

  Hi,

  Could you please check if you followed these steps when you register the Cname and A record? If you register the site on the CloudFlare, could you please check that Cname and A record aren't proxied? At the moment, the Brizy Cloud site will not work if they will be proxied. Therefore, could you please deactivate them and activate the grey cloud?
  If the problem isn't in some aspects mentioned above, could you please send us a screenshot from Cloudflare with how did you set these records? Also, could you please send the site URL?

  While I update the subdomain is cloudflare there is only CNAME Records showing,

  there are no A record showing on brizy platform

   

  a) CNAME record is not proxied

  It seems it is working but this url is forwarding to http URL, correct url is https

  Hi Amit,

  Just now, I checked the URL you send us and all seems to be displaying fine. See here. Could you please try to delete the browser cache and check again the URL?
