    Hi,

Could you please give us more details about how did you create this page? Did you create a template for the Shop page? What display conditions did you set? Do you have this display condition?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi!
Yes I have set the display conditions and I can see the shop page. If I press edit with brizy i get the error. The shop page is using the theme layout, how can I make it use the brizy template layout?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Could you please check if you have set in the WordPress settings a Shop page and if you have this display condition to this template you created for Shop page? Also, could you please make sure that the page you set-up as Shop page in the WooCommerce settings isn't edited with Brizy https://jmp.sh/S231Gok?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi!

Everything is setup as you describe, do you want the login to check for yourself?

It can be something else that Im not aware of.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

Could you please check is on the Shop page from Pages you have the Brizy editor activated and the same this page is set as Shop page in the WooCommerce settings? Something like here? On the Emir's site, this was the problem and when the Brizy editor was deactivated from the Shop page, all started to work and display fine. You have to create a template in the Brizy -> Templates -> Add new and there create the way you want to display this Shop page. For this template, you have to add these display conditions.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi,

I also have the same problem and looking for a solution now for a couple of days but still have no idea.

I've created a rule and selected the brizy template but the page keeps empty. What do I need to do?

    Regards,

    Merel

    Hi ME Hopman

If you are seeing this error, it means that you have attempted to edit the Blog page with Brizy by clicking on the button 'Edit with Brizy'. To develop the blog page in Brizy, you should not click on 'Edit with Brizy' here. Instead you should develop a Brizy Blog template under Brizy - Templates in your WordPress Dashboard. Please watch this video https://youtu.be/lkiSk6IE7tA

Since you have already attempted this, possibly the blog page got corrupted. May be you should delete the blog page, create a page and name it blog and assign it as the Posts page under Settings - Reading
