Oops! An Error Occurred, message when I try to log in to my Brizy Cloud account

Hi,
I get the following error message immediately when I try to log in to my brizy cloud account:

"Oops! An Error Occurred
The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".
Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused"
----------------------------------
Please assist with explanation and solution...

  Oops, since about an hour everything works normally again.
  I can log in to the Brizy Cloud account. What happened, do you have problems with the Brizy Cloud environment?
  Overall, I have experienced in the last week that it is a bit unstable with just Brizy Cloud functions.
  So this time I could not log in for about an hour. A few days ago, the web browser did not display the correct design element. Only text elements were lined up. It also works well again.
  Do you have a good answer to my concern?

  Hi,

  Thank you for confirming us that all is starting working fine. We already fixed this problem and all should be fine now. Now, we had a problem with the server but the problem you have a few days ago, unfortunately, I can't say what could be the cause because we didn't found it. If it will happen again, please let us know about it. I'm sorry for this inconvenience.
