NO Preview！

I have typed some words on the page and clicked the buttone 'preview'. But there is nothing, Only appearing the pop-up window. I can't view the words I input. who can tell me the reasons？

  Hi,

  Could you please check if the page isn't saved in the Draft? If you have the page in draft, please Publish the page, click on the Update, and after this on the Preview. Also, don't forget to clear your browser cache.
