Brizy Page builder not loading

Hi,

 

My Brizy page builder suddenly stopped working. I am unable to edit any of the exisiting posts I have on my wordpress site but have no issue making new posts using the builder plug-in. When I try to edit an existing post by pressing "edit with Brizy", the builder window will open up but the builder would never finish loading, and I am unable to access or change anything using the builder as well. I have updated the plug-in, my wordpress site as well as my browsers to the most recent version, but the issue persists. Please help thank you.

  Hi,

  With Brizy builder you can create new pages and edit them with Brizy but other pages that are already created with the theme, Default editor or another page builder it isn't possible. This happens, with almost all page builder not only with the Brizy. Each page builder, theme or editor has its own code and structure of the page that can't be read by another editor.

  Dear Sandra,

   

  I am aware of what the bulder is able to do and create pages. However, my issue lies within the page builder itself. When I try to edit existing page that I created with Brizy, the page builder just would'nt load. What can do to resolve it

  Hi,

  Could you please send us a screenshot with the error you found? Do you have the latest Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3 updates? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme, do you receive the same problem?

  I am forever stucked at this screen when i try to edit any of the post I made with Brizy. And yes I have tried all the methods too.
