    Hi,

Could you please try now to open the Brizy Cloud project and make some changes? Could you please send us a screenshot with the error you encounter? Could you send us the URL link of the project? If you don't want to make them public, let us know and we will delete them before approving your message.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I checked and the error is fixed, however, I am afraid to go developing on brizy cloud, can I pass my proyect in cloud to WordPress with the Brizy plugin? Is there any tutorial to start developing in cloud, and then pass to WordPress, or reverse?

    Hi,

Yes, I understand you but I want to add that this type of error doesn't happen in every week. It was one of the rare cases.
Anyway, if you decide to continue the work on Brizy pages in the WordPress environment we can only accept your decision. Yes, at the moment, it is possible to transfer a page you created in Brizy Cloud to the WordPress environment and vice-versa using Block and Layout Sync option. In this video, you can find how to do this.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

All Brizy Cloud sites are down and have been down for the past 3 hours. Does anyone know when the sites will be back up? I have clients calling about the outage.

    Hi @Chris

We are aware of the problems everyone is encountering with Brizy Cloud hosted sites for the last couple of hours. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. There's been a massive phishing campaign that has recently affected our Brizy Cloud platform.

This was caused by users publishing malicious sites using the Cloud platform. We are working hard to fix the issue and prevent future creation of such content.

There is NO breach or security risk for the sites created in Brizy Cloud, the issue is related to the brizy.site domain being locked for review An announcement regarding the fix will come soon.

    Regards, Brizy team!

    UPDATE REGARDING BRIZY CLOUD DOWNTIME.

The Brizy Cloud downtime issue has been fixed! All the sites created in Brizy Cloud should be back online. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

This happened because unusual activity on certain websites created on Brizy Cloud platform by malicious users has been reported directly to the registrar of our domain.

Our automated systems were already working to block and prevent those accounts, but the registrar locked our domain for review, without notice or warning. We will be actively trying to improve and make sure this will not be an issue in the future, but with increased popularity comes also increased exposure to malicious threats.

Just to reiterate, this was NOT a security issue or data breach and did not affect your websites other than the unfortunate downtime, but a problem with the content created on our platform by malicious users.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Regards, Brizy team!

    Hi Gaia,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Could you please check if you are using the Chrome browser and you have activated the Google Translate extension? This problem can be caused by this extension. When you are in the editor mode, the text can be deleted or modified and the principle of working for this extension is that it hides the current text and replace it with the translated one. Being in the editor mode, it tries to translate the text and therefore delete the text but it doesn't know where to insert the translation. Therefore, you lose the text you inserted. For this reason, could you please deactivate it at least for Brizy sites, especially for Brizy builder?

If you will have any other questions, please, let us know.

    Best regards,

    Nelea.

    Hi Chris,

    We apologize inconvenience.

Our servers were hit by a significant DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack, resulting in disruptions to Brizy Cloud.

We worked closely with our partner, AWS, to mitigate the attack and restore normal service. The issue has now been resolved.

Please check on your end to ensure everything is functioning properly and let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
